Even though the PPH recommends 30mg now, I'll probably take 60mg to be safe. I had no reaction to 60mg.

Yes, received my N earlier this year.

has the pph recommendation changed now ?, it says 60 mg on the version i have ? when did it change to 30 mg stat dose ?.
i thought it said 30 mg for SN. and 60mg for N

I don't recall, but it was the newest version of the PPH at the time. Not that long ago.
