Venting Another psychosis episode

I got extremely low last night and ended up shredding my body with a box cutter . I don't remember any of it but I woke up this morning to my girlfriend yelling at me for getting blood all over the bed and for puking on the floor.

I don't feel real, I wish this didn't happen but I honestly don't remember any of it .

I have cuts around my neck , the only serious cuts are around my wrist . I don't really know what to do.. I've been sleeping all day but I feel like a complete piece of shit.
