Amygdalin converts to cyanide, and is available easily, but how feasible is it you could choke down enough of it?

According to Derek Humphry's Final Exit, about 1.5g of cyanide is lethal (in this case he's referring to 1.5g of potassium cyanide salt dissolved in a liquid.)

This medical paper says that 500mg of Amygdalin (also known as "Vitamin B17" or Laetrile) is equal to about 30mg of cyanide. https://www.hindawi.com/journals/criem/2017/4289527/

A seemingly-legitimate site, apparently for apricot-based supplements, sells a product that is essentially 100 tablets of 500mg of Amygdalin

About 50 tablets of this product would theoretically grant about 1.5g of cyanide, the amount Derek Humphry implied in Final Exit was the ideal lethal dose

There's no way I could possibly get down 50 tablets of 500mg Amygdalin pills, is there? Like even if my body didn't immediately make me vomit, I would start feeling the effects of cyanide poisoning before I could swallow 50 tablets?

I guess it all depends how big they are

There's liquid versions of Amygdalin (also ostensibly used as some sort of apricot supplement or something), which I imagine would be easier to chug, but I have no idea how to translate liquid versions of that into grams and milligrams.

(For instance, what would 4ml of pure Amygdalin translate to in grams?)

I feel pretty hopeless about the actual lack of peaceful methods

Or that if they're easy enough to obtain where I can get ahold of them, maybe they'll be banned in the near future

The thing is, the lack of readily-available peaceful methods does not make me hopeful at all, and if anything makes the idea of staring down life that much harder (let alone the idea of being okay with the world)

Maybe the debreather will come out soon

If I ever become homeless though, the time where I'd want a suicide means the most (except for during other similar horrible fates you can suffer), I couldn't get access to any good means, and I'd be trapped forever
