Although I was rescued,that does not diminish the effectiveness of this method.
Just keep drinking (I drank wine) until I must have passed out(has to have been quick as I have no memory at all.

Am in mental hospital at moment sectioned

Lie to the docs if you feel the need (they do tend to believe you).
Being in hospital was absolutely no help. When I asked my OT how it was supposed to help,even she had no answer.

Can i overdose on ami alone or do i need to overdose on another medication to .

I would make some effort and go with the full cocktail. Not worth taking any risks
