Ammo for shotgun

What is the preferred ammo to CTB with a 12 gauge shotgun? I heard .00 buckshot would be best. Is this true?

Closed casket : buckshot or slug shot

Stay away from bird shot. Every year people get shot by their hunting partner or just some one else going after birds, vice president Chaney actually shot someone so did basketball coach Bob Knight. Both were shooting bird shot and the people shot survived. A shot directly to the head may work but if I were to shoot myself I'd want something with better odds than may work.

00 or 000 buck shot or a slug is what you want to use

Second this. Not worth the risk of permanent and severe injury both to the brain and face if you fail the attempt. 00 seems to be the proven choice.
