I have this method but not sure how to stagger it. I have benzos (long and short acting) and then have Olanzapine I guesd as anti-emetic.

One of the benzos - I think alaprozam- puts me out straight away.

What order do I take the benzos/ami to emsure I get all of them?

Do you not have access to any other more peaceful drugs, or is Amitryptiline your only option?

Anyways PPeH recommends at least having 10g of Ami. Says the procedure should be:

1) Take your antiemetic (Olanzapine)
2) Wait 40 mins
3) Take your cardiac drug (Ami)
4) Take your benzo solution

Alcoholic drink after all that is optional

I think it's peaceful enough… I don't think I can drink the SN cos of the taste.

If it fails I can get more benzos.

PPeH suggests taking 600mg of Oxazepam. I don't think the type of benzo matters as much as the quantity, but the PPeH does recommend taking a medium-fast acting benzo.

You got Alprazolam, which is a good choice as it's a really strong and fairly fast acting (or at least faster than Oxazepam) benzo. It's roughly six times stronger than Oxazepam, so I think taking 100mg of Alprazolam would be the same as taking 600mg of Oxazepam.
