I can't do hanging because I live in a tiny place and there is nowhere to place the ligature. I don't even have a wardrobe. I'd probably chicken out anyway.

I read the PPEH, got the idea to try amitriptiline.

I'm going to start stockpiling. If I can get ami plus benzos and an anti emetic, maybe I can finally CTB.

Wish the pain would stop.
