An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UKβs communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
I've tried hanging up to three times but my survival instinct always kicks in and makes me breathe. Should I keep going even so or am I doing it wrong? I did my best to place the rope correctly on the correct artery as instructed here but I found no information about being allowed to let out a few breathes or not
I experienced the same thing, your airways are just being compressed and to my knowledge is normal (I may be wrong but I haven't found any information that suggests otherwise).

I'm working on making partial hanging work for me and from what I understand there's no need to restrict your breathing. Being unable to breathe is rough. The key to the method is constricting the carotids (which is quite the art I find). You're dealing with the neck so it's easy to involve the windpipe. It's about finding the "sweet spot" and being as comfortable as possible. Don't continue if you can't breathe - it's crazy unpleasant.
Partial fails most of the time- several people have posted here that they tried from 15 to 25 times and it kept failing, and many others have posted that they failed a smaller number of attempts, though it obviously works sometimes. Having read many posts on this there is still no clear indicatino of why it works sometimes and not others. Many people report passing out and then waking up while standing up- the body can obviously stand up even once passed out out of survival instinct, this has been reported here many times.

sad thing is I don't wanna live to see tomorrow and I mean it in a literal sense... I need to be gone by today and I simply can't do it. I've tried so many times I can barely speak now. It sucks.

I have tried partial a number of times to see how far I could go before SI kicks in. I was willing to die, but that was not the intent I just wanted to find that point where my SI takes over and to learn how to counter it.
I have come to the conclusion I need to pull extremely hard and not just fall into a sitting position. Sort of getting yourself super hyped like you would in a competitive sport. I thought I should yell at myself in my head to "just do it" so I push it that extra yard.
I have also considered either getting extremely drunk or using autoerotic asphyxiation techniques to pass out.
But I keep coming back to full suspension because SI can't do anything when you step off the stool.
