It's one thing to make dark jokes about a family member's passing in private, especially after some time has passed. Though it still would be in poor taste, I can understand humor is a coping method for a lot of people.

See, what gets to me is this being uploaded to social media. What is the reaction she was trying to get from randos online? Did she want everyone to laugh at her sister's death? Is this some morbid flex? There isn't a single justification for this.

This is Tik-Tok culture; If you look in the replies you see someone else actually did this first and she's just a copycat looking for clout which honestly just makes her even more pathetic, but they both decided to exploit their sister's death and mental anguish for the clicks.
