Am I allowed to mention a possible scammer?

I think I might have just met a scammer on this forum.
Am I allowed to mention a specific username?
I'm not sure if this information will help anyone since I'm pretty sure this individual left the forum already but maybe some people could at least be alerted

I think it would be better if you contact a moderator by DM and let them know about this.

Yea report it to us, if they are indeed a scammer then we put in their title "banned scammer" after banning them so anyone knows they were a scammer.
