Alright, I'm done. Help me find a way out

I'm done. I want out. But the method has to make it seem like it happened accidentally or natural or something like that. I don't want the person that finds me or my family to know that I did this intentionally, I don't want to break their hearts even more. Please help me. I am truly done.

No one here can suggest a method for you but there is a resources thread you can look at. Also when you get searching unlocked from posting enough times you can search for similar threads on people trying to make their attempts look like accidents. I have seen a few.

Like @Forveleth said, no one can advise you, it's your journey and yours only

It's against our rules and in many countries this is seen as assisted suicide.
