Almost died? (Non attempt)

I find myself reflecting on situations in my past which could have been the death of me, if circumstances had been different. Has anyone else almost died, exclusing past attempts of course? Do you wish you hadn't have been saved then? I think I would have been better off to have gone then, as a kid, still unaware of the torment that my life would really become.

Last year, August 28th, I should've died and I'm am
bitter about the fact that I didn't. I was at a friend's house, leaving actually, had my hand on the doorknob, and I just fell out. I started having seizures back to back and they called 911. They went on for hours until I ended up on a ventilator in critical care for a while and had bad pneumonia.
If I was at home, I would've died. The doctors spoke after the whole ordeal how 'lucky' I was.
Now I have a massive amount of medical debt, I don't consider that lucky.
I've had people ask me if I have a new appreciation for life and I truly don't know what to say back because I don't. If anything, it makes me want to CTB even more than I did before.

Yes because of my throat problem I have had been choking on food 5-7 times in my life but every time my dad saved me with the heimlich maneure.

Once I passed out in public and hit my head on a metallic structure, but there were around and I was taken to the hospital. It could have been fatal, but life likes to be a ahole.

I was really close to being seriously injured or worse about 2 weeks ago.

I smoked some weed then rode my bike around town while listening to music. Usually I wouldn't do this but since I'm so depressed I don't care about my personal safety as much.

Well at some point I was turning this corner and I didn't see this car nor did the car see me and we almost collided. The driver luckily stopped like a foot at most before hitting me. It was super close though, both the driver and I just starred at each in shock for a few seconds realizing how close it was.

I wasn't wearing a helmet either, so if she hit me I could have hit my head on the concrete pavement if she hadn't stopped.

There are other things that have happened to me, but this one just happened really recently.

Have almost choked once and froze in fear, almost drowned twice in the sea cause I'm not a strong swimmer and the current was strong.

Here are what I could remember so far:
-Drowned in a pool when I was around 9 or 10. If I didn't ask help to my aunt, most likely I'll die.
-Almost hit by a truck because I went past it by motorbike from the left side when it was going to turn left. (I know, bad manner)

Honorable mention: When I was an elementary student, I almost got my eye stabbed by a nail in art class because a classmate didn't look where he pointed the nail when I was stuck on the wall.

There was one moment that I felt I truly could have died and it happened a couple of years ago. There was a lot of stress, I was 10kg underweight and also I've been going through a lot of oxygen deprevation for more than a week(self-inflicted). One night I just woke up and it felt like my brain was completely shutting down, I thought that if I didn't fight through it, my brain was going to black out and my brain would shut off for good. I am not sure if I would have actually died from it, but at the time it felt like it.

I was once a few inches away from being run over by a car that passed the red light. Also once I lost balance on my bike and turned onto the road from the sidewalk but the car that was supposed to hit me happened to turn on the driveway of a house just behind me. So it was freak luck I guess. Fell off my bike once, was in the hospital but I don't think I was close to dying that occasion. Back then had no wish to die.

Before I was suicidal I once went hiking at a very narrow, slippery, cliffside path. The cliff was a 70-ish meter drop with sharp rocks below.

As a very clumsy person, I have no idea how I didn't fall.
