i was practicing partial hanging and on two of the attempts i literally felt my soul leave my body. first from the top of my head, and on the second one, it's like my whole body was vibrating. i got so freaked out, i stopped immediately, i don't know if that's just my brain making things up, but it was so scary. gonna try again tomorrow, idk how it'll go, i have to be careful so my family doesn't notice anything suspicious.
