Help Ahead Regimen for SA?

Is it necessary to do ahead regimen prior SA ingestion? Or stat dose of 40 mg meto 30 minutes before is good enough?

I'm planning to take 15 gr of SA in 100 ml of water.

Any advice or suggestion is appreciated, thanks!

There's no evidence to suggest ahead is betterr than stat or vice versa. I believe the reason most choose ahead is because meto can have some pretty nasty side effects on some people, so taking smaller doses may make it easier to accumulate the required quantity in the body, but this is just my theory. Both options are considered viable in all reliable literature.
