Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So we all want to leave here. Some of us might believe in an 'afterlife'. I've been discussing it on another thread. If you do, do you think topping yourself (a British phrase) will exclude you from entry and stop you seeing your departed nearest and dearest again?

Maybe. However, as I've detailed in another thread things have happened to me that I just can't explain in any way logically. They'd have to be massively, massively colosal odds coincidences OR some other power at play that we just cant comprehend. I put these happenings in the thread 'Do you believe there is a god'

It doesn't but how do you explain them then? Huge colosal astronomical coincidences that are similarly far fetched to believe? I'm not saying there's a higher being just that there's 'something' going on which we don't understand.

I said this in the other thread but I do believe there is a "sphere" or place where spirits abound. I believe we are all here for a reason, just I don't know (can't figure out) why. I do believe we all have a connection to these spirits, just some of us are more intune with the interactions of the spirits due to "coincidences" that have happened in our lives, or things we learned by studying a lot of "spiritual history". (My Christian Sunday School teacher would be aghast to learn her comment of "studying everything you can get your hands on spiritually" led me down the path I am on now.
Finally, I believe Earth is our Mother Spirit and we all return to her one day. Blessed be, to all my friends here. And my friends to be.

I suppose what I'm saying is if you're in the 'Camp' that believes (or thinks there night be a possibility) there's more than colosal chance at play (as per my couple of life instance examples) does anyone think topping yourself will preclude you from the afterlife? And I know we'll never know till we know. I'm just looking for 'opinions'. I obviously hope it doesnt.
I don't really care if there is one or not. If there isn't, I'll never get to know that I've "won", and if there is, I'll only know I've lost. Either way, I'm kinda fucked. But I don't see any reason to believe in an afterlife of any sort, so I'll assume there is none

I guess a lot of people here are down that street and nothing wrong with that. I've just had a few things happen to me that can't be explained rationally (no matter how I try) so I think there's almost certainly 'something' going on. I/We don't understand what or how but something.
i am a materialist so yea I definitely have never had an experience like yours, but I'm not going to just assert there to be no afterlife. It's just I don't see any evidence for it, but who knows, maybe once my body hits the ground I'll see something profound and divine, I'm just not going to really put a bet on it I guess.
