not trying to push you, but the only stories I see are people waking up in their vomit and blood? That's the standard case of SN being expelled from the body if antiemetics aren't used. Unless I hear about people waking up brain-dead after trying to CTB with SN, it's still my go to.

To me, the train method sounds absolutely terrifying, but I do admire those who had the courage for it. I think that for me personally SN sounds preferable to the train method if it's able to be accessed. SN is a reliable method after all if the correct protocol is followed, it's a poison and so many people have died from it. At least to me it sounds like it would be easier to overcome the SI with a poison method rather than trying to jump in front of a train. That is what I would choose but anyway, I hope that you find freedom from this horrific world, existing certainly is torture.
I think the difference between me and you is that you want to die and don't value life. I enjoy living only the probable future events make me want to leave.
