I'm a high school senior and have been missing so much school. I thought things would get better once I dropped out of some of the harder classes for the second semester, but I still just can't get up in the morning. Sometimes I'm just so exhausted and other times I simply just don't wake up until the afternoon. Whenever I miss school, I'm at home sleeping until literally like 4 pm, even if I go to bed at about 9:30 pm the night before. When I do get up in the morning, I take so long to get ready because it feels like I'm dragging myself to get ready & I'm so exhausted. I want to go to school on time every day, but it's such a big challenge when I'm so drained of energy. any tips or advice?
