Help Acquired a firearm at last, need help

Hey, Guys. New Here.
After much contemplation, i believe i have finally got the golden chance to ctb.
So, My Dad's got a Gun which i was finally able to get my hands on. But he will most likely lock it away in a few days. So, i have to ctb asap. It is a semi auto shotgun. i am not quite sure what that means but it uses 12 gauge shotgun shells. its not a shotgun though. its like a rifle perhaps but instead of calibers it uses shotgun shells. Please correct me if im wrong. I have no knowledge of guns.

I am thinking about shooting right above the ear. And i really hope one shot to the head kills me instantly, i really fear messing it up. But the thought of living on petrifies me even more. Im also worried about the kickback of the gun. its a big gun so the recoil would be quite strong. I hope that doesnt result in shooting somewhere else and leaving me a vegetable for life.

I am so tired of living. I wish there was a button that i could just press and disappear forever.

Please share any additional information if i have overlooked anything.

Uses 12ga shells you said? Then it's a 12ga shotgun. It can be made to look more like a rifle, but that's it. With a shotgun blast to the head, you have a Fairly high chance of death. Just don't flinch or do anything crazy with the barrel.

You'd have a better chance through the mouth.

I find gunshot to the mouth more scary and if i somehow survive it, i would be conscious and in excruciating pain. I think shooting the brain is a better option.

O0 buckshot 1600 fps would go through the skull with a contact shot. I wonder what ammo shuaiby used?

In mouth though 30 to 45 degree angle don't flinch before shot 00 buckshot or slugs any hit on the brain and it's instant death

Im glad you got your hands on a gun :) before you ctb make sure to drink a little bit so you aren't aware of what you're doing and you don't hesitate. Good luck and i hope you find the peace you were searching for.

Here's my steps. If you want to visualize what happens, a surgeon explains bullet pressure waves, and hot expanding gases from muzzle blast at point-blank

Guess you don't have enough time to shoot for a few minutes at the range? It's useful when the supervisor gets you in the habit of being aware where to safely point it. One range supervisor told me he doesn't shoot it for more than 15-20 mins at a time, due to shoulder pain. But I understand if there's no time

Can help to practice every so often — checking each time that ammo's removed. Trains your body, reduces flinching. So you don't get a fate worse than death

Imo the upper red line is it . Even 1 inch higher where the pons is that bulging looking crap at eye level . 1600 fps 00 buckshot 12 gauge or 1760 fps slug will obliterate the whole brain.

Practice dry firing and shooting targets builds expertise so won't flinch before shot.

My dad doesn't let me touch that gun. He believes I'm still not old enough to learn how to use one. So practicing at a range is not an option.

After watching that video, my fear of recoil has intensified. Even the professional in the vid is flinching, so how could I possibly avoid flinching? It's incredibly terrifying.

A few months ago, every day of the week, I would place the gun right next to my head and attempt to pull the trigger. However, the fear of ending up in a vegetative state prevented me from pressing it. I was not shaking tho.

No matter how many threads i read I still struggle to convince myself to point the gun at my mouth and pull the trigger. Its doesnt seem highly likely to succeed and if failed, the aftermath would be terrifying. I will just go with the brain.
And is VEPR 12 more lethal than a rifle because it uses 12 gauge shotgun shells?

If you somehow survived it, you most definitely wouldnt be conscious. The amount of force just coming from the gas alone would be enough to make you unconscious. On top of that, its basically impossible to not die instantly with a shotgun correctly positioned.
