Hello all. I already posted a couple days ago about my failed attempt but I can't do it anymore. Recovery is just not for me. I was wondering if 2 bottles(1000 pills) of 500mg acetaminophen would be enough to kill me. I don't care if it takes days I just need to know. Thanks everyone

  • Yellowing of the skin and eyeballs, called jaundice.
  • Pain in the upper right belly area, called the abdomen.
  • A swollen belly, known as ascites.
  • Nausea and vomiting.
  • A general sense of feeling unwell, known as malaise.
  • Disorientation or confusion.
  • Sleepiness.
  • Breath with a musty or sweet odor.
  • Tremors.
Liver failure is a horrible way to die. Just don't.

I highly doubt you will manage to swallow that many pills before you vomit everywhere. I attempted via overdose on acetaminophen once, and after taking around 40 grams of 500mg pills I wasn't able to swallow them anymore (I was involuntarily spitting them back out). I don't know whether or not 500 grams of acetaminophen will even kill you, but I think that taking 1000 pills quickly enough without throwing up is highly unrealistic. And even if you do manage to do that, overdosing on pills has a very low success rate.

Its impossible to die from od that way, all that'll happen is you get cirrhosis and die in agonizing pain 20 years later.

Im just not sure because I was able to swallow close to 500 pills the first time I tried to od, I did it over the course of 30 minutes and kept them all down (until I got my stomach pumped). Maybe feasible but thanks for the input
Thanks for the advice queens, will not be trying!

Maybe you got lucky the first time, do you really want to roll the die (unintentional pun) again? I have never tried this method personally but have seen a friend do it and die in a very miserable way. The risk is absolutely not worth it.
