Discussion Accidental Suicide

I know a significant amount of people can relate to the idea of wanting their choice to ctb to look like an accident. I too feel I need my journey out to be perceived as accidental for the sake of my friends and siblings.

Am I wrong to even be looking into this as an option? There are a lot of smarter and wiser people than I on this forum that I'm sure have had this thought and desire. Of course I'm also open to more ideas and discussing the viability of a perceived accidental suicide, though I know my odds are fairly low.

Maybe taking up more dangerous hobbies? Idk, I don't have the effort for something with that kind of longevity, but I'm sure if there was an effortless and easy ctb method that makes the cause of death ruled as accidental, we'd all be well aware. I'd appreciate any feedback or contributions that y'all may have. Thanks!

There are a few methods I'm aware of that could look like an accident: car crash, shallow water blackout (SWB), or staging an autoerotic asphyxiation accident. I've looked into the car crash method, but it's too risky for me. SWB seems like a much better option, and I'll put some links below to resources. Staging autoerotic asphyxiation gone wrong just isn't my taste. I wouldn't want that to be remembered as my last moments.

Thanks for the info, and yeah agreed that car crash is incredibly risky. I'll look into SWB as a few others still too, appreciated! Pretty unfortunate theres not a more surefire way to at least leave the cause of death up for debate lol.

Yes though horrifyingly not guaranteed, still is something to be considered.

Also expensive, and difficult to start using near friends and family. A route I doubt I'd use, but I still appreciate the suggestion.

Unfortunately, the chances of accidental death are quite low. Buy honestly, the effect would still be terrible on your family, and friends. I wish you luck though

Making a CTB look accidental is a difficult task. Perhaps climbing a high mountain, accidents in the mountains are not too uncommon or putting a grill into the living room, but this could go very wrong as you couldn't prepare the room.

One very important thing would be to make sure all electronic devices don't have any traces and cannot be restored to give hints for a ctb.
