Something more reliable than swerving into traffic or something. I also don't want to hurt anyone else in the process
I actually never thought of this. It's just a terrible way to be found. Especially if you live with familyAutoerotic asphyxiation has a good success rate. They never seemed to see it coming and never stopped if they did.
The chances of accidentally hurting or killing someone else in the process is exactly what I'm trying to avoidYou could always buy a VR headset and walk into traffic if you want an accidental-seeming death.
Idk if you're joking or not. Not an insurance thing. I'm worth nothing. I just don't want pity or anyone doing the "why didn't we help her when had the chance?" bullshit. I'm just curious about a method that looks like it was a mistake or something. I don't want it to be obvious I was deliberately trying to take my own lifeGetting an accidental verdict is hard but getting misadventure or something shouldn't be too hard.
Jumping off a cliff drunk would probably be open verdict, as long as someone didn't do something stupid like leave a note or tell people they were suicidal.
It's really worth thinking properly and planning. I assume it's for an insurance payout so it will be to be flawless else they won't pay.
Walking into traffic as a pedestrian isn't likely to actually hurt others any more than yourself though I suppose the chance still exists. Maybe if you combine wearing a VR headset with jumping off a cliff or from a high building people would think you simply accidentally walked off and this way you're more unlikely to hurt anyone. The chances of accidentally hurting or killing someone else in the process is exactly what I'm trying to avoid
Walking into traffic could easily hurt someone else. Car swerves, crashes/hits another. I just think that it would make for an easy distraction for any conversation about the death itself. People like to fixate on the method and new, unfamiliar technology is the easiest to blame. You might even be able to get your family to sue for millions for damages from Meta or Apple depending on which headset you wear as a nice present for them if that's what you want. All these suggestions relying on VR haha. I guess I'd have to acquire a headset
I really only have one surviving family member that I would care about. And he's not the lawsuit type. Not quite sure you could sue for being an idiot and walking into traffic thoughI just think that it would make for an easy distraction for any conversation about the death itself.
