Abusive toxic relationships

Have anyone been in a toxic or abusive (emotionally or mentally) relationships? I feel like I'm being manipulated.. and because I'm mentally ill it's being used against me. And I'll can be asshole but it's a reaction. Please message me. I need to vent I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm tired of being blamed for everything.
