Abusing OTC meds to sleep

I've been struggling to fall asleep for a while and I found something that knocks me out. If you take one whole box of Coricidin cough and cold med. It has a lot of DMT in it and make me finally sleep well. I don't know if anyone else has found a OTC that can do the same.

It's so nice finally sleeping, but the next morning I feel even worse. It's hangover different from others I've had (which isn't much, I've only done shrooms as my hardest drug. I'm a bitch).

This isn't much of a vent it's just a I feel so foggy and down that this is the most productive thing I can do. It sucksssss….

Are you able to see a doctor to get some prescription medication? Can take awhile to find the right thing, but it can be really helpful and less damaging than taking too much otc stuff. That stuff can do liver damage if you take too much. Be well friend.

I'll try but I don't really want have the motivation to. Hopefully I'll do that in the next month or two. Thanks though
