So I asked AI about doing PSH with what I have, since the positions I tried weren't really comfortable. The AI suggested standing with my heels slightly lifted, rope around my neck. Lifting my heels uses the thigh muscles, so the next step is to relax those muscles, bend my knees a little, and let all the weight go onto the rope…

I made a rough sketch (not super accurate), and I was wondering if this kind of partial would actually work well.

PSH and overcoming SI is where the argument for "will it work or not" lies.

First getting over the SI to completely drop your wait, second combatting the SI that comes with the slightly painful or uncomfortable feelings of the rope, and lastly the unconscious/semi-unconcious SI that will allow you to stand-up.

It's all about the SI when it comes to most methods. Preparing is the easy part.
