I made a slipknot and started trying it out.
I tied the rope around my neck the best i could , placed the rope high at the neck and the slipknot exactly at the back o f my neck and realised when i force forward the knot tightens but it turns and ends up being either left or right causing some discomfort and maybe making the attempt less effectine ,dont know.
How can this knot turning be avoided ?
Also i have read that spasms will occur. I didnt read somewhere if screaming will or shouting ,does anyone know if screaming or other noises happen?

The slip knot is best slightly behing either ear so it will tighten and pull toward the back.
Spasms and some clunking around are normal some of the time. Part of the body disagreeing with what just happened.
No screaming expected.

Thanks for the reply . I found a good tree at the woods but it has a house at 50 meter ,because it is lower in the hill i think they cant see the tree but dont want to alarm them by any voices or screaming.
