• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I Wanna End Me (she/her)

Two months ago, it felt like a switch flipped in my brain. Almost like someone hit the self-destruct button on me and set me free. And I was going to carry out a plan I had abandoned months prior.

Then, I had a PTSD episode at my parents' house and became too terrified to do anything including going through with my plan.

I finally was able to get a refill of my Abilify, and I took it after a month of not taking it. My active SI disappeared, and while I continue to have passive ideation, it has returned to what it was before.

I had a similar episode earlier in the year and did not connect the dots until now. Apparently Abilify can cause SI if you withdraw off of it.

Be careful out there!

Same here. I was 17 and they switched me after 2 months of taking it consistently. I was suicidal 24/7 and had intense panic attacks.
