Method A question about drug OD

I know OD is considered a non-method but my question is actually about injecting vs. ingesting. I have a needle phobia. I fainted the last time I got blood drawn.

If I were to get hold of a lethal amount of say fentanyl or other strong drug like that, is there a way to take it without using a needle to inject it?
