I recently made a promise to someone who I hold close to me, that I would get therapy prior to buying my ticket.
This is not that, this is a promise to myself.
I promise I will try every form of therapy & recovery before I leave, that I will do it for the people closest to me, and that I can rest easy knowing I genuinely tried.
