I know this guy really well because when I first joined here at the Patrick time, I followed him back through three years of reddit posts. Not sure if you are directing this question to me.
I think pentobarbital (N) is extremely effective, if you follow the procedures about using it given in the PPH handbook.
In other words, using the recommended amount, using a quality antiemetic beforehand, among other things.
This is not my chosen method, so I don't claim to be an expert.
Best to follow PPH handbook, the read the various threads here on SS.
