Oh Dearheart

First, I just want to say I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're in a really heavy place, and I think you're among friends here…people who know what that weight feels like and share your emotions, even if your story is unique. It's part of the human condition, sadly, to face pain, grief, regret. But also part of the human condition—just as real—is joy, love, resilience, beauty, connection, and the strength to overcome.
One thing I don't think any of us are warned about growing up is just how difficult life can be. I definitely wasn't. No one tells you about the landmines ahead, the loss, the struggle. And maybe you weren't warned either—but that doesn't mean you're broken
You mentioned you're 32. That's still very young. You have more story left. You really do. And though it might sound strange, I'll say this gently, or at least try to: sometimes pain becomes familiar. And the idea of getting better, even a little, can feel scary or unreachable. But healing is possible. It might be slow. It might be uneven. Heck.. it might be quick. But there is hope for you. And whatever is in store one things for sure… there will be happy surprises.
Please don't count yourself out just yet. You're not a lost cause. You're a life in progress.
