• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Therapist: surrounding yourself with ones who love you can help depression!

Me: I don't have people who truly love me.

It sounds like the therapist is trying to give out general 'advice' rather than trying to understand what others are going through. Therapists sound useless to me, words cannot take away real problems and suffering that exists in this world.

They really do. But even outside of therapists people all over say nice lies to sick people too and I'm tired of it

Yes, It can help. But it's not a solution :(
I hear lots of advices like eat better, sleep better, exercise, socialize!
But are those things solutions? I don't think so. I believe therapists don't know exactly how to treat depression and they try to save the day sadly.
