hi again. Not much to say. I'm preparing myself for my demise. It's going to be very soon. Months go by very fast.
I'm still meditating… it does nothing.
This month also started therapeutic keto… so far (30 days) it hasn't done shit. What a fucking waste of time… and I'm doing everything right. I'm going to do 3 months which everyone agrees is a good amount to see if it does something.
I'm expecting to be relieved from insomnia, pssd, benzo symptoms and at least 30% of my depression
So far I got nothing. People report marked difference in very small timeframe. I don't. bad sign. Not going to work. Story of my life: nothing works.
I hope my best life is better. I know I will live again. Eventually. I hope I get a better entity. Please.
Needless to say… my pssd not improving. Benzo symptoms neither. normal people don't get these two issues at the same time. sometimes I think this is a big simulation where they are testing how much pain I can tolerate. life CAN'T be THAT ridiculous
