I've asked this a couple times on here but didn't get any replies. I really need to be certain on this before I CTB. After doing some research I've decided either behind the ear, above the ear, or in the mouth at a 30 degree angle up. I just can't decide which one. Any help would be appreciated!

No no no no no, never the temple. Do not aim at the temple. This is only from movies. If you aim for the temple, you can go blind and worse yet, still be alive.
Behind the ear is good. And yes, you must use hollow point
