A little bit off topic it is kind of insane that the stadium is that full. It is so dangerous due to covid. In Germany there is a lot of coverage about this politics.

This penalty was not right. Poor Denmark. However after all England plays way better and kind of deserved it.

All over them from 35 minutes on. Schmeichel had a blinder. Kept them in the match. The way we keep pocession is incredible. Don't think its sunk in. England are in the final. WOW, I have lost my voice completely from shouting I am so happy, sure the penalty was soft but there was one against Kane just before that was not given and by 90 minutes you could tell that the Danes were completely gassed. I think we would have score eventually anyway, especially in the second half of ET when Denmark only had 10 men. Weird subsitions from Denmark for me, taking off best players so early. We didn't even use all of our subs and one of them was subbed on and subbed off. I think the game management that has gone on throughout the tournament really helped our players still have energy towards the end of the game, even though people complained that we were boring and cautious. Rice and Phillips have done so well (not just because I love one of them) keeping our defence safe. When Denmark scored I thought that was it, just like every other damn tournament but they managed to come back.

I'm looking forward to the final, if Italy win then the best team won and I would be OK with that.

I know as a Scotchman I am genetically predisposed to hate the English, but I don't. Having said that, Pierce Morgan and Jeremy Clarkson are English. So they must now all be destroyed for the sake of humankind. Who knows what kind of abysmal, horrifying creature would rise if those two decide to breed together. Go Italy.

I've seen an online poll that asked Germans who should win the final. 71% are rooting for Italy and 17% England. Personally I don't like both teams. I will probably support Italy (despite the fact that they sometimes play quite unfair). On the other hand the penalty for England against Denmark was so unfair. Moreover I think Italy is overall the better team and I like Chiellini.

Swings and roundabouts. Denmark goal should not have stood. Denmarks wall moved within 1 metre towards England's wall which is illegal. The goal should have been disallowed. 1 mistake per team. We've also suffered horrifically in the past with refferring errors. Maradona handball. Sol Campbells disallowed goal against Argentina etc. Link on Denmarks illegal goal. Its in FIFA rule book.
