Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Okay so… it's been a while since I've posted anything on here. I've been doing reasonably fine lately so there's that.

My dad is not a very good dad.
Me and my mom found out that he took $200,000 from the bank. We don't really know why but he did. We had no idea he even took $200,000 until we received a letter that notified us that the house will be taken away in three months if we are unable to pay it back… so…

I don't really know what he could really spend $200,000 on.. maybe fifty prostitutes on a private yacht? One million bananas? It's very mind boggling to me and I'm a bit scared that we might lose the house.
I'm also concerned for my mom because she's been taking extra shifts on her two jobs lately. She's very stressed and I'm scared that she might collapse someday.

I'm particularly scared that she'll collapse without knowing what freedom without this bastard would ever be like. I don't want her to live like this for the rest of her life. But leaving is far more difficult than it seems.

I can only pick up a few jobs and help her with the financial stress… and I feel so useless because it's not really much at all.

Sometimes, I wish she would just leave me behind so she could have the confidence to finally leave him.

This is unbelievable to say the least.

I can never imagine anyone, much less someone close, like a family member, doing anything of this nature.

Reminds me when my ex, drained the checking account on gambling and never said anything. Went to pay a bill with the debit card and it came back declined. She had withdrawn about $10,000 (USD) and spent it gambling.

Got rid of that headache.

My heart, soul and everything goes out to you and your mom, as this is beyond betrayal and try to remember that what goes around comes around, and in my 69 years on this planet I have seen it time and time again, when it comes home to roost.

We are family here and I wish the very best for you and your mom as you folks try and sort the mess out.

Hate to say anything mean about anyone, however your dad will have to atone someday, and my 100% guess is that in this world or the next, it will not be pretty.

Hugs to both you and your mom.

Walter
