Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

There are some youtube channels around which give informative content to people about general mental health and coping skills and which also cover specific issues such as relationships and trauma as well as specific mental health conditions.

Feel free to comment and add any others which might be of benefit to others.

Borderline Notes
Focus on Borderline Personality Disorder - psycho-educational

Crappy Childhood Fairy
With focus on childhood trauma and CPTSD including basic education of causes and effect of certain issues and experiences but also work sheets and info about neurological regulation - but be aware that the channel is also a resource which advertises a chargable course but there are some free resources.
Healthy Gamer gg
A male mental health specialist - not sure whether psychiatrist or psychologist - but focuses on anxiety depressions and addictions, specifically among gamers and people within Internet culture. Lots of good long-form & short-form content about daily mental health & dealing with specific issues.

A channel created by a female clinical psychologist which contains general info about trauma as well as different coping skills and relationship info and also some roleplay videos to help watchers understand where certain thoughts and behaviors of theirs might come from and how to work with them.

Jimmy On Relationships
Explanation and rundowns on how different people behave in relatnships and why - including roleplays. Not a qualified therapist but someone who shares what they learned after bringing their marriage back from thr brink.

Dr Scott Eilers
Channel created by male clinical psychologist who talks about topics such as depression, anxiety and self sabotage - appears to have been through a journey of suicidal thoughts - considered to be 'pro-life' by some users but others find the channel very helpful. Also gives some sleep tips and was described as ''non-patronising" by those who recommended

Psych2Go
Described as channel to "learn more about yourself" and covers a wide generalised range of all things mental health and psychology often with animations.

For complex trauma/C-PTSD there's also Tim Fletcher with RE-ACT/LIFT program. His YouTube channel is a good resource. In particular, his "Understanding trauma" and "Re-Parenting" playlists, but also the complex trauma prisons videos.

Here's a video on how to handle toxic parents as a Q&A:

Thanks for this resources, Dr Scott Eilers is a very good one.

For the topic of clinical depression I would like to recommend Douglas Bloch. He was a great man who managed to reach old age despite some excruciating episodes of agitated depression and strong suicidal urges throughout his life. He passed away last year. In his videos he suggests simple and comforting coping skills and points of view from the trenches of mental illness. I deeply admire him.
