Help You can’t CTB with NaN03

I keep seeing this answer all over but I've yet to see any reputable response as to why. I want to understand WHY it can't be used. There seems to be an abundance of it, it's a hell of a lot easier to get, along with the fact that it can be used to make things that go "boom" I want to understand why is it that we don't have any data to any failed or successful attempts with NaN03 aka "sodium nitrAte"
If anyone has any info aside from what's listed on wiki or pph please feel free to share or dm me.

it's not just about dumping any random chemical down your throat. i mean if you really want to a pipe cleaner will do the job too. it's the recommended method because it has certain characteristics which that other salt does not.

i think you're frustrated because sn is more restricted and it is more restricted for the precise reason that it's what people use to kts

Well, the fact it's so easy to get is a good indication it's insuitable to CTB. There have been users in the past who took nitrate instead of nitrite and they survived. I remember a user who took 25gr nitrate and just woke up the next day, not even a hospital visit was needed.

According to what I read:
No3- (from NaNo3) is what is created during the process of methemeglobin formation.
No2- (from Nano2) is the substrate to the reaction of No2- with hemoglobin to form methemglobin, with higher affinity to oxygen, which causes death.

I appreciate all your responses, after reading the link above , I'm prompted to more questions. I would suggest everyone read it if curious. My research continues and I'll most likely go with NaN02 but if unattainable then I'll be happy to report on my NaN03 attempt

Very good , got some answers that prompted more questions. Ugh where's a material engineer or chemist when you need one
