Yet another SN question : Olanzapine as an anti-emetic?

Hi,

I hope I triggered the members who saw me complaining about too much SN questions.
Anyway, my prescribed dose of Olanzapine is 5mg/day. How much should I take before my SN attempt? (not going anytime soon, sorry if you hate me) I do not want to make a second glass. I only have 50g and I dont want to waste it all if I fail/change my mind.
So is taking like, double the dose of olanzapine okay, just to be safe?

I dont think olanzapine is that effective as antiemetic on its own. 50 gms in one glass is way too much. You only need 25. By taking that much all at once you are really risking throwing up

yes what I meant is that i have 50gm in total and I dont want to make two 25g glasses. Just one, and keep the rest for another attempt if this one fails. How do you know its not a strong anti emetic?

I know it is prescribed conjunct with regular antiemetics for cancer patients on chemo to reduce nausea and vomitting. I could be wrong but thats what I have understood

Im planning to use Olazapine too. Maybe 20mg. Only problem is it might knock me out before I manage to drink Sn. Otherwise I would take even more I guess.

i only have clozapine, which could also work as an antiemitic. but i read somewhere here, that it is just recommended for people that take it regularely. so i had to take it for some months before ctb. but it changes the way you think and feel so it could prevent you from ctb.

i have only got mcp thats has expired in 2019, inhave that will work

They're not recommended after all. Too bad it's the only thing I managed to acquire
