Sounds like a lot but it has all your bases covered. You won't really know if it is the correct way until you try. Before that it is all speculation.
I considered this bridge and SN combo as well, minus the acid and xanax part. But might just try CO in a tent or a cabin + SN instead, seems more peaceful.
