Write a assessment of how your dead body was found, items that may have been used for your suicide, autopsy report, etc. I'll start:

A (age) female was found deceased in her bedroom at (date) with one hand on her chest, holding her phone. Rigor mortis had set in as it had been 11 hours since her death. Cyanosis was observed at the scene. An autopsy revealed that it was a suicide by sodium nitrite. Cause of death was cardiac arrest induced by hypoxia, which was caused by excess methemoglobin.

Two cups were present at the scene, with one empty and the other one filled with a yellowish liquid, which was found to be dissolved sodium nitrite. Two empty bottles of what were likely sodium nitrite were discovered in the trashcan.

The pro-suicide forum 'Sanctioned Suicide' was open on her phone. She posted a 'goodbye thread' before dying in which she actively updated the members of the forum about the symptoms of sodium nitrite.

A (age) male was found deceased in a hotel room on (date), discovered at approximately (time) by a hotel staff member.

Upon arriving at the scene, forensics observed the body. The deceased was found with a hand stitched stuffed rabbit, as well as a worn-our stuffed lion. The body was observed to have one bean bag on each side of the anterior cervical region, fastened in place with a rachet strap. An autopsy revealed the bags were placed strategically onto the carotid artery, cutting off blood flow to the deceased's brain. This caused the deceased to experience cerebral ischemia, which led to their subsequent death. The placement of the rachet strap, alongside no evidence of foul play, indicates this is a case of suicide. This is also indicated by the document found open of the deceased's mobile cellular device, which included screenshots of a discussion on the site sanctioned-suicide.net, which detailed this method, dubbed the "Night-Night" method. The document was clearly complied by the deceased, it's creation dating back to February 2023. The document contains personal notes added on by the deceased, using language found consistent with the deceased.

Age 50
Found in hotel room on 14.4.2027 by hotel receptionis.

upon arriving the room was clean and no drug and drink paraphernalia was on the scene.
The deceased was wearing Star Wars Grogu pajamas with fluffy socks and looked fast asleep. Was in rigor mortis. CCTV at the hotel last recorded the deceased 12 hours earlier.

Further inspection of the room by the police officers found a small empty glass bottle and several empty packets of Zopiclone. The deceased was then transported to the hospital for a autopsy.

The deceased showed a large amount of bruising to her legs, these were old bruises. Her GP confirmed that the deceased was a sleep walker and bruised easily due to low white cell count.
The deceased had bipolar disorder and was under the care of the mental health team and on a cocktail of drugs to help her bipolar. The deceased confessed to her CPN that she was still having suicidal thoughts.
There was no food in the stomach lining, counted over 40 tablets that had not dissolved. Samples were taken for pathology and the bottle was also taken. The bottle had a label Nembutal and Spanish writing.

several notes were left for family member and all jewellery taken off and put in a bag for her niece.

Having not found her mobile phone we managed to gain access to her iPad. Her last pages she looked at was Facebook and sanctioned suicide. She had created a good bye post.

The death certificate is death due to suicide via Nembutal posioning.

An inquest will be held for the deceased
