Discussion Would you switch species if you could?

I feel like a lot of my problems could be solved by turning into a cat or something.
No work and stress only sleeping all day in the sun.

What would you like to become if you had the choice?
Would you stay human, if yes then why?

Where I live there's just small villages and even strays get treated well and are often fed + farmers got holes in their storage barns for them as shelter and as free mice prevention. I'd be fine as a stray here.

Another animal can feel pain, get cancer, get old , get thirsty hungry, have parasites, get into painful accidents or attacks,, diseases also just like a human can ....I'd rather go to non-existence forever which is what I believe Will be after death. I'd rather not exist like before I was born.

I just don't wish to exist at all, I think that having the ability to exist is such a terrible thing, all existing beings can suffer and I just don't see this world that is filled with harm to be a desirable place to exist in so I only wish for nothingness, I just see existence as being a tragic, unnecessary disturbance in what would otherwise be the most ideal state of non-existence.

Being human is enough and if I can't get my life working again I wish to die that's the only preferred state and I hope that I'm never ever will be materialized again!

I might enjoy being a frog living a simple life in a pond. I've daydreamed about it before. It'd be a short and simple life.

The human lifespan is much too long for me. 2 to 10 years seems more than adequate.

I feel like the stray cat life is such easy life. Or any wild animal seems easy compared to being human.

I wish i was a cat too, theres not a problem in the world if you're a cat. I envy cats. Especially the strays, they get taken care of by the communities.

evolution of society = utopia (solved problems) = happiness = final stage of evolution

It's cliché but I want to be a bird. The life of a stray cat (being able to explore outside while still being fed and shown affection by humans) sounds nice, but I want to fly so badly. The biggest downside is that I don't think a single non-captive bird has ever died peacefully. I mean, without any human interference, it's a bird-eat-bird world out there. It's not like I'm afraid of death or pain though so I can deal with it.

Yeah I'd wana be a well loved house dog because they get to sleep all day and they live in the moment and are just wonderful (I don't sleep and I'm constantly stuck in past or future)
Just not my own dog cause shes almost 16 and just got diagnosed with liver cancer. But shes still happier than me and doing well.
