Discussion Would you desire to die while having sex?

I'm sure its been thought about for millenia. All we need to survive is food, air, water, sex and shelter...thats all we as primates innately need, require and desire to exist. With whom, either someone real or a fantasy, where and how you would you engage would be interesting subject....it maybe xxx rated, but WTF, it doesn't matter, we're all gonna die soon anyway...might as well go out with a bang!!!

At least I would die happy! But whether I have sex before, or in the middle of it, is really the last thing on my mind. I don't care if I have sex or not before I go.

I once thought about ctb while laying naked in the woods with a female who also wanted to ctb. Don't have to have sex, we came into the world naked, might as well leave the same way.

Humans need physical intimacy to be happy and healthy. It's hard coded into our DNA. You could argue it's not necessary for "survival", but without it you're not really living either. I'm sure surviving without living are why many of us are here in the first place, intimacy-related or not.

As I've grown older and my orgasms have paradoxically grown more intense, I have often thought that I might indeed die while coming, with my wife or alone. Ideally, I would prefer to die in the afterglow, lying in her arms. For most people, it would be horrifying and traumatic if their partner died during lovemaking, yet it does have the potential to be the most wonderful kind of death, a wonderful way for a couple to part at the end of the life of one of them.

I hear you, but voluntarily celibate people do exist, and asexuals exist (see sex hater #1 in a previous comment ) and I'm sure they aren't all just miserable & unhealthy.

Those are exceptions that prove the rule. Exceptions for everything always exist.

Sex is not a requirement. closeness to people is. that doesn't include sex, it just includes community.

That said, I wouldn't want that to happen, mostly for the other person's sake. (Also having my body found like that would be wild.)

I never said it wasn't. But If it were necessary for survival as OP claimed, then celibacy could be a CTB method. However, no, actually you are mistaken. A second person just posted that they never want to experience it.

I low key fantasize about suicide pacts but I know I probably wouldn't be able to accept facilitating my hypothetical partner's death so expecting the same in return is not only hypocritical but would make me doubt them too

No. My libido is currently extremaly low because of my mental issues and SSRI and I wouldn't even think about any pleasures If I was about to kill myself
