Do you think you will be able to find another? What made it resonate in that you could share such thoughts?I met a man three years ago. We from the very start were talking about suicide which was very unusual. We fell in love, became a couple and made a suicide pakt.
Meanwhile, we wanted to turn things around, build our own happy life.
It did not work out. We split up a few weeks ago.
I could still ask him to do it together but it feels better to do it alone, actually.
No, I don't want to find another person. It was a gift to meet him, basically. We both have very difficult lives, feel left alone and not understood by family, friends, society in general. We both suffer from mental health problems and have been struggling for many years and trying all kind of therapy methods, without really getting much better.Do you think you will be able to find another? What made it resonate in that you could share such thoughts?
It's true it could be awkward. But it's a compromise between the impossibility of finding someone close by and at least finding someone regardless where they liveFor some reason it doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Don't even know why. Feels kinda awkward…..
True, true. It is a compromise. And even though I'm kinda looking for a suicide partner, my mind is ready to leave on my own. At least, this very second, I feel like going alone would be peaceful. But I gotta agree with those who point out a trust aspect of it. It definitely should be someone you 100% trust. In my life, it's only my mom…. How ironic…..It's true it could be awkward. It's true you need to know it's your time. And it's so important not to feel rushed. It has to be your decisionthere's also issues of legality if one of us backs out or fails the attempt.
I have similar feelings and the need to connect. For me it's voice that comforts me the mostWhile I'd prefer to truly die alone I couldn't help but think that having someone with me rather it be virtually or IRL would ease my anxiety and SI a ton.
I have horrible anxiety and panic disorder and need to be either on the phone or talking to someone IRL at all times really.
I wish I had a definitive answer for you. My first attempt was when I was a teenager. I came very close to successHow about you? Why do you want to ctb? @ctb-soon
