• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

There's very limited things around me that I can swan dive off of. The bridge I wanted to jump off is only 32 feet above water. Would this even kill me? Cause I'm afraid my adrenaline would just kick in and I would get scared and start swimming to safety. Maybe if I took like 20-30 tabs of Benadryl, then I wouldn't? Y'all let me know please so I can come up with a different plan if this is dumb as fuck.

32 ft into water, definitely not. that is the height of some diving boards. for water at least 250ft minimum is recommended. it really has to be high up.

Yeah that's what I thought too once I realized the actual height of the bridge. But I wanted to get other opinions. Looks like I'll have to find some better options. Thank you!!

No, your best bet are getting unconscious from the fall and drown which are still unlikely for that height.

I jumped 80 feet for sport.

Not for any kind of self harm.

I accidentally landed badly and a rescue boat had to come drag me out and over to the ER.

I had to go back to working my 10 hour labor intensive shifts shortly after.

I do not recommend.

You mention 30 feet roughly, this is the height my dog fell from, onto concrete.

Not water.

This was absolutely traumatic and honestly had she not survived this fall into CONCRETE,
I'd have immediately purchased a tank of helium and…. Let me just tell you, there are ways to do the job and jumping from heights is huge risk.
Not everyone survives the Golden Gate Bridge.

It could work if you dove and the water's really shallow. Or you could end up a quadrapelgic.
