Would this cause brain damage or death?

So, I'm in a wheelchair for life.

What do you think would happen to my brain, if I decided to fall backwards on purpose?

Time it right and reverse headbutt the concrete or asphalt.

I'm really hoping for close to Instant death.(if not instant death).


Read an article about a 20 year old guy who slipped on concrete and died from internal hemorrhaging shortly after. So I figure, since I'm going to do it on purpose..and with more force, I should have no chance of living. Ideas? Thoughts? Anyone?
Or am I still just forever alone

Have you considered contacting Dignatas or Pegasus. They do help people in your situation. I know Dignatas can help people financially if it's a burdensome. Pegasus has less paper work. Try contacting them, might be worth a shot.

What could likely happen, is you tip your wheelchair over on concrete, bust your head wide open, and you bleed everywhere and wake up in the hospital with stitches and a blood transfusion, and mild brain damage.

Skate boarders bust their head on concrete all the time and are okay.

Not reliable. You'd have to hit your head pretty fiercely to sustain enough damage that you'd die. The head has a lot of thick bone to get through.

The likelihood of you getting a traumatic brain injury is high. You do not want to go down that route. I repeat: YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO DOWN THAT ROUTE. It would ruin your life forever. It could go either way, or neither way.
You have absolutely no control over this method. The most likely result is pain & potentially a lot of it.
I'm sorry that you're feeling so desperate & hope you can find a better way.

I knew someone in a wheelchair that would fall like this all the time. They'd just end up with a headache. During my skateboarding years I've seen more then a few people smash their head on a curb as well. Always with the same result.

There are many resources here, just do a bit of research. Take your time and find something that works for you. I wish the best of luck to you!

Unfortunately you're probably much more likely just to give yourself a very bad headache and possibly concussion. If you went rolling off the edge of a cliff and landed on your head from a great height, you would have much more likelihood of death, but just falling backwards from chair height is only likely to add a multitude of problems to those you already have.
Yes if you hit the exact spot hard enough, any blunt force trauma to the head could kill you but with the method you described, the chances of doing it correctly are very slim.

I know a great deal of artery locations. The popliteal behind both knees being severed is another plan.
Femoral being severed is also a backup thought. The size of the femoral is huge though..

I can basically do anything to my right leg and foot..and I wouldnt feel it. I've thought about completely mangling it, mutilating, basically destroying it beyond any recognition.(not sure that would kill me though)

I've also liked the idea of destroying one of the carotids. It's not hard for me to find and a razor would make quick work of me.

You would most likely only break your head and have some stitches. Not the best method in my opinion.

I do have a picc line. If Anyone knows of some way to exploit it to kms. (An IV that goes inside you and rests right above the heart).

I think since you can't feel pain in your right leg you should severed the femoral there. I'm jealous you have this condition.

I've once tried to sever the carotid artery. Although there is pain in the end it isn't as painful as most describe it to be. Do you feel the neck?

I don't know if your state allows you to get passive euthanasia, meaning that you refuse medical treatment and sustenance that you end up dying from natural causes. I would look into that, like being put into hospice or other place and then waiting out your remaining days. I asked since you mentioned that you aren't able to access Dignitas or Pegasos. With regards to the picc line, well I don't know and I'm thinking that anything that involves needles would likely be painful and/or have a low chance of success.
