If you get the full 15 minutes alone, they can "revive" you physically. Mentally you will have left the building. All remaining days spent in a bed, making noises if you are lucky.

The psych place I was at didn't play. The rooms were impossible to hang from and I couldn't even drown in the shower. The shower water stayed on for about 1 min and you have to keep pushing it. There was no way out! Including the fake fireplace lol
