Hey guys, I'm new here. This is my first post. Also, I'm sorry if this is a repost, I can't find the search button to find if this question has been asked before or not.

I've been searching around and can't seem to find any definitive information on whether or not I would have fear, pain, or any other discomfort while CTB on heroin.

I have found multiple people that have said that it's completely painless and peaceful. I found one guy that said when he was overdosing on dilaudid he was in a lot of pain and fear. There seems to be no definitive answer, and not a whole lot of info out there on this.

I'm aware of the potential for nausea, as I have tried opioids before. And that doesn't matter much to me. But I just want to know if there would be pain once I cross the so called "threshold".

+1 I am interested in that question also. I have read that if the dose is not enough it can leave you disabled.

im replying to everyone here, since i think this answer will benefit all of you.
heroin acts immediately, first it will calm all your nerves and give you a euphoric, calm, or sometimes even sleepy feeling. if you take too much heroin, you will fall asleep and while you are sleeping your body will forget to breathe, this would make your respiratory system shut down.

but, sometimes it can keep you awake and cause your blood pressure to drop significantly quick, which will cause your heart to fail.
"Heroin use can also cause an arrhythmia – a problem with the rate or rhythm of the heartbeat. During an arrhythmia, the heart may not be able to pump enough blood to the body, and lack of blood flow affects your brain, heart and other organs.
Heroin use can also cause pulmonary edema. That's when the heart can't pump blood to the body well. The blood can back up into your veins, taking that blood through your lungs and to the left side of the heart.
As pressure in the blood vessels increases and fluid goes into the alveoli, the air spaces in the lungs, this reduces the normal flow of oxygen through your lungs, making it hard to breathe. This too can give you a heart attack or lead to kidney failure."

tldr: Heroin overdose is a dice roll, there is no definitive answer.

Yes there could be some pain. I would suggest already being high on it from lower doses. It's a pain killer after all so even if the are some unpleasant feelings you probably won't feel them if you're already high.

I heard about taking a bunch of benzos and then snorting up some fat lines. I have done a few bumps before (and felt euphoria--and very itchy--and have no tolerance. So a bigger dose would just have me pass out/sleep (possibly)? Do you think this would be a high ctb with the benzos?

yes, most likely doing a decent size dose would make you more likely to pass out. and yes, there would be a much higher chance of cbt if you mixed the two.

benzos cause your nervous system to slow down, and it is also prescribed for sleep. it is highly fatal if mixed with alcohol or other drugs. so if you mixed both heroin(slowing down respiratory), and benzos(slowing down nervous system), you'll most likely pass out and cbt in your sleep.

I agree that benzos would likely make the process very easy. Do you think a large quantity of alcohol would do the same?

If I potentially did get some unwanted side effects, being hammered on alcohol along with the heroin should put me in such a state of depression that I don't even care about the side effects, no? Idk.

Tbh I'm gonna get my hands on some heroin in the next few days. I'm so nervous. I just hope everything goes well.

I know if people that died of OD and they were really getting into the high. The narcan really pissed them off. It ruined the best high ever.

That's reassuring to me. I know that opiates are considered the most euphoric and pleasurable things ever. So I'm hoping all goes smooth.

My best friend died of a fentanyl overdose in January. His wasn't on purpose, but just knowing that he went through that makes me know that I can too. Maybe that sounds insensitive.

Thanks. I can't swear by my heroin purity. I assume that'll make a big difference. I wonder if one could test that…
