Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've recently attempted twice using partial suspension hanging. I tied a bedsheet slip knot to a pull up bar in my doorframe both times. (I have a broken collarbone and can't use my left arm fully so it was hard to tie.) the first time I attempted I didn't feel my self losing consciousness so I stopped, however it left a visible mark on my neck I will attach below. I feel like I might've placed it in the wrong

Second attempt, didn't leave a mark.
IMG 2704 spot?
I'm also curious if my second attempt would've worked. I tied the knot a lot better this time, but after a rough 15 seconds I really didn't feel any change in my well being, so I untied the knot after struggling a little bit with my one arm and thought I'd do more research. I'll list the image of the two setups below. I used a bedsheet for both attempts but rolled it differently in both attempts. Used a slip knot both times. I wanna know that if I waited longer would either attempts work? If not, what should I change? Thank you
Didn't mean to put the images right in the middle of my paragraph!!! Sorry!!!

I'd say that bedsheets are not ideal since their pressure applying surface may vary from time to time and relative position to the neck, etc.
I don't understand why people outside prison are so reluctant to buy a rope. Trying to hang yourself wrong can result in serious damage. Don't risk to end up suffering more than now...
