Would a shotgun shot to the tzone kill you instantly?

If by tzone you mean the medulla, then yes. Through the nose, through the mouth. Behind the ear isn't feasible with a shotgun.

Yes and no, I have seen several videos of people who shot their face off while there entire brain was intact even the frontal cortex but it could work, but they might have aimed mid face it probably will work better if aiming at the forehead.

I had considered myself using a Glock 9mm to aim at the T-zone through the eye like George Hennard did (I have his suicide picture too) but I I wouldn´t aim for the nose with a 9mm, snipers can use the whole T-Zone because of the bigger caliber and higher speed.

That site has shitty statistics it also say "shotgun to the head" not which part I assume they mean barrel in mouth not shooting right in the middle of your face, after all it´s the brain you want to destroy not your face but so many people are idiots e.g. people who place a gun in a 90 degree angle under their chin, what the hell are they aiming for they are just gonna shoot their face off it´s not like a video game where the whole head is one big hitbox that is an instant kill.

I know you say 00 buckshot to be sure but I like you mention the gasses and kinetic energy because that is what blows the brain out and if this method is done right it´s 100% certain to work you won´t feel anything if you brain is laying on pieces on the floor in the matter of milliseconds.
