Would 2 glasses of 25g be enough? Even if I vomit? I am confused because people on here are saying u need FOUR 25g glasses?! But then I also see a lot of people saying no one has survived after the second SN glass? So please can someone make this a bit clearer for me?

From the many threads I read, I would say you're 70% fine with 2 glasses and no anti-emetic.
You take the first glass, you vomit most of it. You take the 2nd glass, you also vomit, but less.
And then it might take longer to loose consciousness, up to 40 minutes.
One person even woke up after 16 hours, failing.
Without vomiting, you'd be dead in 40 minutes.

Normally, with following the entire protocol, only one glass would be plenty.
Loose consciousness in 5 minutes, stop breathing after 35-40 minutes... with some individual variations.

But not using anti-emetic with 50g is risky.
70% chance of success is not sufficient.

Thanks for the reply!

Should you only take the second glass after vomiting the first and IF you vomit the first? Though I think it's most likely u will.

Yes, take only the second glass if you vomited the first one. But if after forty minutes or an hour and you still conscious and not feeling the effect, you might want to take the second glass.

Prochlorperazine is an antiemetic that is mentioned in both Stan's Megathread on SN and in the PPH. Generally OTC doub it will be the strongest but
cheap and easily availiable it's worthwhile getting

That's not available otc in the UK unless you had previous proof of nausea issues from what I've read.

No it is available OTC in UK. if you go to a chemist you can get it without prescription but you have to ask for it and say you have taken it before, what is for etc, or buy online numerous places

Okay thanks for the info! Do you know what you would have to provide online to buy this medication? Would u have to provide ID?

No but easy enough to buy from local chemist. You only have to answer a couple of questions (not about your identity)

I havn't had to sign when ive ordered valium, zoplicone, beta blockers etc so i would assume that something you could buy at Boots would not force you to sign for it.

Nobody can make it clear for you unfortunately. There just isn't the data to do that. Think about it. You need data that says what people took and what their regime was and what the outcome was and you need lots of data to create certainty around a conclusion. We just don't have that to advise you on 50g with no AE, so you're getting a best guess. Do you want to work with best guesses for something this important?

So that's why the handbook is still the best course. They have more data which informs their reccomendations. I would still say it's not super well studied but it's the best we'll get. Certainly better than inviting opinion that is based on hearsay or individual cases or whatever.

Bottom line is SN is incredibly deadly. The quantity is more than enough but nobody can say how you'll fare with keeping it down and what this will do for your individual outcome.
